Most people would agree that religion can be a touchy subject, so I’ll admit I was quite interested in hearing what Abraham had to share on this subject. I guess I was also curious how Abraham could explain this subject & answer questions without stepping on anyone’s toes, so to speak. I was pleasantly surprised at how sensitively the information was presented. As I listened to this CD, I also pondered about how others in this world might respond to me & my personal beliefs on this subject of religion, the Bible, & Christ Consciousness, I could pretty well guess that some people would agree with me, others would not. Some people might try to convince me to believe otherwise, while still others would show no interest on the subject matter at all & the list goes on. So I came away with the understanding that it isn't about what others think or believe. As Abraham has said so many times, our experiences on this earth school are intended to be loaded with a great deal of variety, & choices & this subject is no exception.
So in order to review this material, I asked myself several questions. "Just what did I get from listening to these words of Abraham? What did I come away with that I felt was most helpful to me?"
I appreciated that Abraham spoke from a place of their own perspective rather than try to comment on the many components of human opinion & beliefs on this subject. I agreed with their wisdom that it is not productive for me to try & live out my life’s experience in the exact same way as the people in ancient times did. I came away with a feeling that Abraham took this subject & was able to raise it up & above what is presently accepted & understood from my human perspective or perception & I was aware of the existence & expansion of this awareness. The ‘wanting’ mentioned here for our best growth & evolutions came through strongly from Abraham & I think everyone could not only identify with this, but also accept it as good. But, most importantly, I felt this CD helped me move into a place of personal responsibility for my own thoughts, words & actions on the subjects of religion, the bible, & Christ Consciousness as never before. And as far as I am concerned, this is exactly the way it should be. Thanks again Abraham for all the wisdom & truth Catherine
